Mid-Winter Fuchsia

Mid-Winter FuchsiaThis shot just shouldn’t be possible in a garden, in the middle of the UK, in the middle of January.
But still I have a few summer flowers hanging on…

I’m not complaining, at least I have some pretty targets to practice my macro skills on.

Techy geeky stuff: I was hoping to use my macro rails, but they seem to be elsewhere right now, so I settled for using my 50mm on a reversing ring and nicely reflected natural light.
